A multi-day trek along the second-largest canyon in the world, camping wild along the canyon floor.
Fish River Canyon is the second-largest canyon system in the world, and the multi-day trek along its floor is one of the more demanding but rewarding hikes on the continent — no facilities, no resupply, just the group and the canyon walls for several days.
This is a genuinely physical trip, carrying full packs across sand and rock for five to eight hours a day, and it's only run during the cooler months when daytime canyon-floor temperatures are survivable.
We supply an experienced trekking guide and full camping logistics, but this itinerary is honestly only suited to guests already comfortable with multi-day wilderness hiking.
